Technical support for MicroStation and CADconform is available via phone, email or onsite.  We offer a choice of support arrangements:

Prepaid Block Hours
10, 20 or 50 hour pre-paid support blocks (onsite, via phone or email).
These cost effective options save time, paperwork and resources.
Prepaid block hours provides priority one support for subscribers.
As Required
Onsite support as required (min. time is billable and includes travel time).
